During the trial the defendant excepted to the denial of his motion for a mistrial, to the admission and exclusion of certain evidence, to the conduct of plaintiffs counsel, to portions of the plaintiffs argument, to the Courts failure to charge as requested, and to the denial of his motions for a nonsuit and directed verdict. After the trial the defendant excepted to the denial of his motions to set aside the verdict, for a mistrial and for arrest of judgment. The facts appear in the opinion. Transferred by Sullivan, J.
